Questions about HOA By-Laws?
A copy of the The Cottages at Southlake HOA by-laws and covenants is available for download to members. Please contact us here get a copy.
When is trash day?
Friday is trash day unless it’s a government holiday.
What are HOA fees used for?
- Mowing, edging clean up of all front yards *mowing, edging clean up of commons areas
- Irrigation of common areas as well as those front yards of Cottages that are in a courtyard setting (they don’t face the street)
- Maintenance of the irrigation system
- Responding to questions from residents that often deal with fencing rules/regulations and color of paint allowable on the outside of their Cottage
- SIgnage and benches maintenance
- Small celebrations for families and children during Halloween and Easter
- Keeping up our facebook presence
- Hiring and communications with our accountant
Who runs our HOA?
Our HOA has decided to no longer continue services offered by PMI due to the very high cost. Our neighborhood HOA is now run by your friendly residents who have actively volunteered to help maintain the safety, cleanliness and integrity of our neighborhood. HOA By-Laws are available by request.
How can I advertise my business on this website?
Businesses or individuals who want to advertise their services or products on this website should contact Ron Allred. The cost to advertise per year on this website is $180 if paid annually with a 3 year agreement.
What if I want to advertise for less than 3 years?
Businesses can pay for advertising on a month to month basis at a rate of $30 per month
When can I renew my advertising contract?
Advertising renewals can be done at any time of the year.
